  • 1.1 Tested also in x11/wayland
  1. Flatpak version is installable and opens but still no sound >> switches to dummy output.
  2. The app image >> same as flatpak
While closing the app, it releases the dummy output and i do have the audio working again.

Does someone use this app and has some information to make it work.

My preference would be to use the RPM version, but I’m glad on any information I can get to make it work on any other type than RPM.

but I’m glad on any information I can get to make it work on any other type than RPM.

Tested rpm on a Fedora 40 KDE spin. There the RPM works, except the audio (no output).

Dummy output seams to be an issue with the kernel.
With this (Linux fe40 6.10.6-200.fc40.x86_64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC) I get no dummy output when starting MusE

Aniway, I still not get any sound. Might be because of missing configuration ability/knowledge. The examples are from older MusE versions and in this time we not used Pipewire as default.
