Hello everyone,
I’m using Fedora 41 Workstation and ran into an issue while trying to install the Endeavour app (also known as ToDo) through the GNOME Software app.
When searching for the app, I found two available versions:
- RPM version hosted on fedoraproject.org (but this version is outdated).
- Flatpak version available on Flathub (which is the latest and works perfectly).
The issue is that the RPM version on the official Fedora repository is quite old and doesn’t even load on Fedora 41 Workstation. On the other hand, the Flatpak version works fine and is up-to-date, but I’m particularly interested in the RPM version from the official Fedora repo (and I’m sure many others are too).
I wanted to bring this up and request an update to the RPM version of Endeavour in the official Fedora repo to match the latest release. This would benefit users like myself who prefer to use native RPM packages over Flatpaks when possible.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Would love to hear if there’s any update on this or if anyone has any suggestions.
