I can’t launch Merkuro anymore, clicking the desktop icon makes it briefly bounce on the mouse pointer and then nothing happens - it’s also not added to the processes list.
What’s even weirder, it’s not found in Discover, although dnf shows it as installed, and Kalendar is shown in Discover.
Also, I can’t find the command to launch Merkuro in the terminal.
Any ideas?
EDIT: the executable name is merkuro-calendar
probably because an application called merkuro-contacts also exists (but it’s not in the repos).
I found I’m able to launch Merkuro from terminal using this command, but only if I switch the terminal output to English first, like so: export LC_ALL=C
Running merkuro-calendar
with terminal in German fails to launch the app, and the output is this:
file:///usr/lib64/qt5/qml/QtQuick/Controls.2/org.kde.desktop/Menu.qml:33:15: QML MenuItem: Binding loop detected for property "implicitWidth"
Speicherzugriffsfehler (Speicherabzug geschrieben)
I believe the German portion translates to “core dump written”. It’s a Seg fault?
