The screenshot of your LibreOffice is normal. It’s good.
But mine has changed. It looks more compact. Options like Files, Edit, View, etc in my case have become thinner and smaller.
Dnf’s Libreoffice = 7.1 . Something is wrong here. The way it looks.
Flatpat’s Libreoffice = 7.1. Looks normal. What it should be. All options are laid out widely and clearly more visible.
