Any idea about that?

You will need to provide a lot more information.
Please post the output of inxi -Fzxx
so we know details of your system.
What does hanging mean? What do you see on the screen?
If you press ESC do you see the console messages?
What are the last few messages on screen?

I fortunately commented “menu_auto_hide=1” in grubenv right after installation of Fedora 40.
So when 6.10.11 is selected (default), there appears a line cursor at the top left corner and nothing happens afterwards. Esc does nothing also.

Pierre
I edited your post to add the preformatted text tags (available with the </>
button on the text input toolbar) to your inxi data. It now shows as displayed on screen and is the preferred method used to copy&paste text on the forum.
Since 6.10.10 still works this seems like something may have not properly completed with installing 6.10.11.
I would run this process.
sudo dnf remove kernel*6.10.11*
sudo dnf upgrade kernel*
Then try rebooting to the new kernel.
Do you have another system that you can try to ssh into the laptop from?
It might be up but with a gpu issue.
You can also try booting with edited gub boot line. Remove rhgb and quiet options. What do you see as it boots up?
I did that and it booted (kernel-6.10.11-200.fc40.x86_64) successfully.
Thank you very much.
