Hello everyone!
I use Fedora Workstation, today I only received updates from KDE… I had noticed this before, and today I decided to ask:
If I want a KDE application, DNF will pull all the dependencies, so why is my system bloated with packages that are not even in use?
I don’t have any flatpak, I don’t use and will not use anything from KDE… I’m sorry but I don’t see any sense in this, could someone please clarify?

Try removing those packages and DNF should report if anything depends on them.

Thinking about it, maybe it’s the ‘force’ telling me to change DE. rs
