If we would achieve a level of technology that would allow anyone to have their dream physycal appearance, do you think "attractiveness gradient" would remain a thing?

Imagine us being able to manipulate DNA so precisely that no person anymore would be born unattractive. Do you think public standards of beauty would naturally shift, following human’s natural tendency to form such a gradient so “attractive” and “unattractive” people would preserve their shares in society? Or would this be a problem solved once and for all?

We would just create new forms of exclusion, like “you didn’t download body-mod-x87.78, you’re so out of touch” and such exclusion would be the result of connections through space and time.
We will never all love one-another until the brute nature of entropy is served again.
