Hello, It’s a clean install of Fedora 41 Gnome.
Camera works but the microphone is not found in the settings. Help.
Btw. Camera and Mic are integrated in laptop.
Did you try the workaround mentioned in kernel.org – No mic in Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 (Renoir) after 5.10.4 – Comment 9?

Hello, I have the same issue, the suggested fix sadly didn’t work the microphone is till greyed out.
UPD: I have downgraded to the earilerst possible kernel vesion for fedora 41 which is 6.11.4-301.fc41 and it seemed to have fixed the issue.
Should I file a separate report? My laptop is different after all (although lenovo as well)
If just changing the kernel version you are using is enough to cause the hardware to stop working, then yes, that should be filled as a bug report.
If in doubt, I’d submit a separate bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com. They can link the report to an earlier report if that is appropriate.
