[image] Atha Uta: I’m now going to implement my plan to reinstall the system. There were recent changes to CUPS to deal with security issues. It looks like HP Linux Imaging and Printing (HPLIP) is still being maintained, so maybe it will work for you – there are Fedora packages.

Hello Gregory, I have now installed Fedora 40, but unfortunately the printer problem is still unresolved. I think I will try a different distribution via LiveCD to see if that helps. Thanks again for your help and patience! All the best, Atha
