You do not need to do anything special the drivers are part of the linux kernel and the user space mesa that you already have the latest version of.
Why did you think you needed an update?

it will automatically? in windows is need to update or download the driver for best performance
In Windows Microsoft does not include a lot of drivers, as you note.
But with Linux drivers are already in the kernel.
In the case of the Iris Xe the Intel open source driver developers make sure that the kernel has the best drivers.
With Fedora (and most linux distributions) when you update the kernel package all the drivers are automatically included. With the notable exception of nvidia GPU support, but not a situation you need to care able.
Typically there is a new kernel about once a week.
You should see a reminder in your desktop about updating when there are new packages.
Just do the update at your convienience. I tend to update once a week.
