For UEFI+U-Boot installation users, any way to update vendor firmware?
Is it possible to integrate this function into curl -L https://alx.sh/dev | sh?
You’re supposed to use/package asahi-scripts and asahi-fwupdate like Fedora does. You’re going to need all that stuff for other reasons anyway. UEFI mode is intended as a stepping stone to allow other installation flows, but you still need to implement u-boot/m1n1/dtb updates and all that to have a usable long-term experience, never mind the speaker stuff, tiny-dfr, and everything else. UEFI+U-Boot mode does not free your distro from needing to integrate all the platform support packages in some way.
