How to prepair a FCOS qcow2 image with the ignition config to use it on a vserver provider like Netcup?

Hi,
I would like to try out Fedora CoreOS on my virtual servers hosted by Netcup. I would like to use the QUEMU image but I have no access to kvm/quemu/libvirt commands…
Is it possible to include my ignition config in the image before I upload it to my server provider?

Welcome to the forum! I cannot answer this off the top of my head but maybe @dustymabe may know some information of use for you since he is quite versed in CoreOS.
