How to add mime/packages in Fedora 40?

I recently installed Fedora 40. I noticed that some files such as R script do not have a dedicated icon, which makes it difficult to identify them on the folder (I need to really read all the files’ names).

I check on the web, and noticed that I miss the folders

/usr/share/mime/packages
~/.local/share/mime/packages
/usr/local/share/icons
~/.local/share/icons

How can I install them? and how to assign the icons to the files?

The Papirus solution was easy and elegant, thanks! Strange Fedora does not have R icons by default.
