How do i add this layout on my laptop (azerty)

In the Terminal you can use:
localectl --help
localectl [OPTIONS...] COMMAND ...
Query or change system locale and keyboard settings.
Commands:

Use alternative keyboard layouts:
- Open the Activities overview and start typing Settings.
- Click on Settings.
- Click Region & Language in the sidebar to open the panel.
- Click the + button in the Input Sources section, select the language which is associated with the layout, then select a layout and press Add

I tried to search it but i couldn’t find the usa international layout.
I’m on fedora 37 workstation gnome 43.3.

It may be named something like English (US, intl).
