I have similar issue with Fedora 34, but there is no files that was mentioned.
In /etc/pulse there is just one file called client.conf. :frowning:

Your issue in fedora 34 is likely with pipewire since that is the default audio now, and you will get better response with a new thread to discuss the problem.
