Gnome Power saving display backlight stay On, 144 Hz intermitent black screens

Hello, I have two problems with the monitor on the Fedora Workstation.

First, when my monitor goes into power saving after the delay set in gnome power savings, the display is black, but the backlight stays on.

I don’t have this problem with KDE, although I have some others.

Secondly, if I set the refresh rate to 144 Hz, the display goes black for about 2 seconds, then fine, then black for 2 seconds, and on and on.

On 120, 119, 120.1??? I don’t know why I have so many options for refresh rate, it works fine.

I use Windows in dual boot; no problem with 144 Hz.

Have you any advice?

Provide us with the output of inxi -Fzxx so we can see the hardware installed.
Do you know what GPU (or GPUs) may be installed?
We can see that with the inxi output as well.

Thank you for your time.
