F36 GNOME/Wayland cannot change monitor refresh rate

Rather straightforward, fresh install of Fedora 36 Workstation, system is a desktop and has both an AMD CPU and GPU, specifically the Radeon 6800.

In the GNOME Settings application, the monitor resolution was set to its proper native 2560x1440, however the refresh rate is locked to 59.95 Hz and cannot be changed. In Windows 10, I can set this monitor to 120 Hz with 10-bit color and also HDR enabled, and there are zero bandwidth issues. I am using a new DisplayPort 1.4b cable.

I would think that the Tripp Lite KVM switch might be the issue… if it didn’t work perfectly in Win10, and also if the monitor weren’t properly detected, however Fedora can identify the monitor just fine. All of my best Google-fu has failed me in trying to resolve this one.
