Fresh 41 w/KDE Plasma, certain windows are very tiny

Hey all, I’m new here, decided to finally try Linux gaming in the modern era. So far… mixed results. My system: 7800X3D, RTX 4090, 64 GB DDR5, etc. Fresh install of 41, fully updated. I have 3 monitors, my main one being a 34" 3440x1440 ultrawide, 2nd is a 27" 1080p, and 3rd is a 4k small vertical monitor built into my case (Hyte Touch).

Steam looks fine, however things like Battle.Net through Lutris or through Bottles the login window pops up and it’s so small I can’t read it. Same goes for the Wine configuration menu. I’m sure there are others but I haven’t seen them. Other things, like Bottles, Steam, everything else really, looks fine.

I have scaling at 125%, but I’ve tried setting that to 100% but that still doesn’t help. I tried searching for this but wasn’t sure what to search for so I didn’t find anything. Any ideas?

There is an option under the KDE monitor settings that lets you control scaling on per application basis or globally. Try that, but it may have some undesired effects on some applications.
You can also control individual scaling for applications with Bottles, but it should be the same with Lutris. In Bottles if you go into the configuration section of an individual bottle there is an option to set the dpi, alternatively you can set the dpi in the old wine control center with winecfg of the corresponding prefix. You can access that from the “legacy” tools option on a bottle. Just keep in mind that some Windows programs behave weird when you increase the default dpi.

Ok, awesome, I didn’t think about controlling the dpi per application, I’ll give that a go.
