Hi, I am in search of a FOSS that offers a free voip number to it’s users. I tried a few services but non are FOSS. Is there such a thing for Fedora ? The reason I am asking is I am trying to setup a Telegram account (I am aware it’s a privacy concern but I need it to contact support and a group) .

Voip numbers are costly i highly doubt that a good brand provide a voip for free.
I know skype has that though i have never used.
