Fedora41-KDE on laptop can't sleep after installation of cuda/nvidia-driver from nvidia's repo

It appears these services were down

sudo systemctl status nvidia-suspend.service nvidia-resume.service nvidia-powerd.service

and remember to enable them(change the status into enable/start)

It took me 30 min to solve this. I hope this helps

I might note that when installing nvidia drivers from the nvidia repos the user should be aware that those have not had the config tweaked nor been tested to function properly with fedora.

The same drivers installed from rpmfusion have been configured, tested and confirmed to function with fedora and very few users have any problems.
