As some already noticed, we are about to organize the 3rd Local London Meetup. Until now, these meetups are Fedora-only.
However, in Germany, I experienced that openSuSE and Fedora communities are very close, and they are also overlapping. There is great exchange & reciprocal support, and you can find people from one community at events of the other.
I saw that in UK, there is a SuSE office, and I assume there are also openSuSE people around in UK/London.
So I was thinking if we might reach out to the openSuSE community and invite them to join our Local London Meetup, to make it a joint and neutral meetup.
I would be happy to reach out to them as I know a few people of openSuSE, although not in UK. However, if anyone is themselves part of the openSuSE community or knows openSuSE people from UK, feel free to let me know - or just let them know about this topic/idea 
Of course this idea can be extended to other communities as well: We have a strong upstream and downstream, and many related and complementary communities that might have people in UK/London: from openSuSE & Arch Linux to libreOffice & RISC-V (just some examples)
Much that can result in useful interactions & exchange of ideas and knowledge! (And a lot of fun!)
