I feel like Fedora is stretching this definition a bit considering they seem to push updates outside of ensuring QA (like this clipboard ordeal). If it’s not rolling, it’s blind-updating at scheduled intervals™

It happened for me Wayland and Xorg, and this thread has it reported on Plasma 6 X11. I’m thinking a dev who handled something related to input between F40 and F41 might have a better idea specifically what changed, but considering F41 launched like this and still has it going on, I’m guessing either copy/paste isn’t a blocker or priority, or QA doesn’t copy/paste
