Fedora 41 X86_64 won't wake up from suspend

Just installed Fedora 41

If leave long enough to suspend/hibernate cannot use keyboard to unlock from suspend.

Also how do I add new tags?

f41 #X86_64 #i7 #Pentium

Additional Info:-

I should add further identification of problematic system:-
mainboard Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX
CPU 13th gen Intel Core i7-13700

See this thread:

My F39 system has bluetooth turned on but does not have this problem.

Will try turning blue tooth off in f41 but not today, beyond my bed time.

Thanks Guy. Turned blue tooth off on f41 and no problem unlocking from suspend. Of course this won’t fix for those who need blue tooth.

The bug was introduced in the 6.11.x kernels, so if your F39 system was on an older kernel that would explain why. It also depends on if the system has the buggy bluetooth/wifi chip. You can do “inxi -N” to check.

Also, if someone needs to use bluetooth, they can use the systemd rfkill service workaround mentioned in the thread I linked.

Thanks for the info on inxi. Cant install on f39 because of out of support but will install on f41.
