Drop down tag list only includes a few tags. How do I determine whether an appropriate tag exists? If not how to request additional?

In posting my recent question
Fedora 41 X86_64 won't wake up from suspend I searched the drop down tag list for appropriate tags but found few relevant.

Attempte to generate appropriate tags by following “#” with appropriate guesses, do not know if this worked

You mentioned wanted tags in the body of Your message, You could try to incorporate them in the title. f41 exists so someone with high enough TL (trust level) can re-tag Your post. TL3 is needed. You had simmilar question here: Cannot find tags suitable to characterise new topic and got a good advice to read this Welcome to Ask Fedora! Please read me first!
