Fedora 41 server, VNC connect but gives a black screen

Hello all,

First my goal, I am trying to have a set a VM which users can access from the local network or later from outside.
Where am I ? The server is up, I can create VM they work and the cockpit interface allows me to do whatever I want.
I am now trying to access the server using one of the VM with KRDC.
The connection goes through but I am getting a black screen and a cursor which moves.
I am not sure what I did wrong, it seems like the startup of the VNC is to blame but I have no idea how to fix this.
