Fedora Asahi Remix’ platform support packages are not yet available for Fedora 40 (currently in beta). Please do not try to update Fedora Asahi Remix installations to F40. There is no planned date for the availability and a new announcement will be made then F40 packages and install images are available.
Users eager to test the just released Plasma 6 seems to have ended up without GPU drivers and thus poor desktop performance.
