Fan Control on a Chuwi Larkbox

Hi Everyone,

I installed Fedora 32 Server on a Chuwi Larkbox. Unfortunately, the fan is running on full throttle. I had a Ubuntu Server installed before, where the fan was not running on full speed.
Has anyone the same issue? Is it possible to configure the fan speed?
I installed fancontrol, but after starting it, the file “/etc/fancontrol.conf” was not found and a “sudo dnf provides /etc/fancontrol.conf” showed no result.

Regards

I’ve never used fancontrol, but you can try to use the locate command to see if it’s on another path:

locate fancontrol.conf

In the past I have used pwmconfig to set fan speed, you could give it a try,
