[darky@fedora ~]$ sudo dnf update
Fedora 38 - x86_64 0.0 B/s | 0 B 00:00

Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'fedora': Cannot prepare internal mirrorlist: Curl error (6): Couldn't resolve host name for [Could not resolve host:]
[darky@fedora ~]$

i think its a problem for the mirrors bec some urls are blocked by our internet here so how i can change the mirrors and find a good one

Its look like it is your DNS that does resolve names.

Test DNS from the command line with host

hi how can i do this im new in fedora
but i cant download anything even in appstore

You would have to open a terminal and enter the command there. If you start typing terminal in Gnome’s search on the desktop, it’s icon will popup below the entry.

[darky@fedora ~]$ host is an alias for download.linux.
download.linux has address
Host download.linux not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Host download.linux not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
[darky@fedora ~]$

What kind of Internet provider would do that? That is evil. If you are able to, you can configure your network to use a trustworthy DNS provider for example or
