i update my fedora kde then login get this error:
also I’m a Linux newbie still learning.

Hi @sakuma , welcome to the community. Please take a look at the introductory posts in the #start-here category if you’ve not had a chance to do so yet.

The error isn’t anything to worry about unless it’s happening all the time. If it only happened once, it’s most likely a transient network issue where the updates system could not reach the Fedora update mirrors.
