With my remark, I meant: The term “mindshare” is correct, but unfortunately a bit vague and does not indicate what the teams are really doing and providing. Something like
We make the valuable work of our engineering teams discoverable and usable for the public world (instead of slumbering away in a hidden corner) – documentation, translations, campaigns, support and attractiveness for new community members and contributors, and … (a lot more)
but please, no “marketing” (too much of a connotation with cheating and deception )
