Difficulty Setting Up Development Environment for Fedora Packages

I’m relatively new to contributing to open-source projects and I’ve recently decided to start contributing to Fedora packages. However, I’m facing some challenges in setting up my development environment correctly.

I’ve followed the documentation provided on the Fedora Project website, but I seem to be encountering errors when trying to build or test packages locally. Specifically, I’m having trouble understanding the workflow, managing dependencies, and configuring my development environment properly.

Could someone experienced in Fedora packaging guide me through the process step-by-step? It would be incredibly helpful if you could provide some insights into common pitfalls to avoid and best practices for setting up a smooth development workflow.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your support. :slightly_smiling_face:
