Create FESCo group

I set my primary group to fesco, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect. Ahhh, apparently “Default Title” needs to be filled out in the group settings. I did that, and it looks like it’s there now. (And it looks like group owners can’t change this, so a Discourse admin (e.g. me) will have to remember to do that when setting up new groups.
