I’m finding an issue when running the Xfce environment on a F41 aarch64 VM under VMware Fusion.
When the VM’s console window is resized in the host OS, the guest OS fails to update the display resolution to the size of the new window. This works on F41 GNOME and KDE, but not on Xfce.
The auto-resize of resolution works on F41 Xfce when running on any other VMware desktop hypervisor on x64.
I suspect that there are things that have changed on the aarch64 VMware platform that Xfce hasn’t caught up with (especially since the auto-resize works when using GNOME or KDE on the same OS/hypervisor platform).
I’d like to file a Fedora bug report but not sure what component to file against. Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.
