Cinammon and Fedora 30 - Display bars on running apps

I’ve just installed f30 and Cinnamon but I am facing this inconveniency :

When opening a program, the active process is not shown as a bar as it is shown here

but instead what I get is the following

Any idea on how to make the active programms look like bars in cinnamon?
