Can't Remove Invalid Entries in GNOME Videos/Totem

I’ve generally used VLC for video playback, but recently tried out the “new” GNOME Videos and discovered there are several files listed that when I try to play them I am greeted with an error dialog—“An error occured. The specified movie could not be found.”—and when I try to delete them, nothing happens.

An internet search didn’t really reveal any insights about how to “clear” them… Any ideas?

I never use it, but I just tried to open it out of curiosity and I was greeted with this:

It looks like it is using tracker miner for its file database. You might try tracker3 reset (man tracker3-reset).

I’ve never heard of tracker3, let alone tracker3-reset, so thank you for this… tracker3-reset -s worked like a charm.
