Cannot change display brightness or power profile Fedora 39

Hello i’m a new fedora and linux user. I have installed Fedora 39 on my laptop Dell G15 and i can’t change display brightness in any way.
I tried using keyboard keys and the slider in the “battery and brightness” section in the bottom right corner. The brightness slider changes but the screen seems unaffected.

Here are my gpu graphic card and integrated graphics card details:

Also i am not able to change the power profile, the slider always goes back to the “power save” option every time i make a change
