Brightness working on my monitors!

Hello!

very new to the linux scene, was recommended fedora 41 desktop and have loved it so far. I have only run into a slight issue with controlling brightness!

by default, on my laptop for example there is a nice little slider and the keybinds work to adjust brightness, but I can’t seem to get it working on my desktop

(doesn’t seem to be detected as a backlit device?)

information to help expedite the process or give a better idea  :

Usually desktop monitors have a brighness control on the monitor.
If this does not work, you can check out
light

Install it and run
man light
to see how it works.

I run it on a laptop where the brighness buttons don’t work.

Welcome to the forum, glad to have a Moomin on board
