It seems my vendor has a bios update and I have the .exe file and 7zip just outputting a .EXE file. Does anybody have any fixes or alternatives for that?

If the vendor has a bios update then maybe you should do that update. Many newer bios will manage the update from within bios and using a usb device.

Alternatively some updates are managed from within windows, so it is platform dependent as to how it is done.

The vendor should provide instructions as to how the update is to be done.

Thx for advice, I updated it but unfortunately the issue still persists with the above errors along with the above issues.
