Bluetooth audio breaking when using internet

My bluetooth headphones works just fine when I turn the wifi off. But when I turn them on and use any internet, the sound stutters and breaks apart.

How do I fix this?

sounds like a driver problem.

what’s your wifi/bluetooth chipset?

It looks like RTL8852AE…

Is there a way that I can check the verion of the driver and possibly update it?

My apologies.

looks like this is the driver you need:

Thank you so much! I will try this one

Many wifi cards have bluetooth integrated and use the same radio for both. You seem to be seeing the conflict with some chipsets & drivers in that situation.

I followed the installation guide and now my laptop does not recognize its wifi adapter. I dont have internet anymore and i have no clue how to fix this…
