I’ve had this issue before when I had fedora 33, I forgot what was the fix. Anyhow my audio is cracking/glitching everytime the audio comes out of sleep, in otherword if it’s totally silence for a short perdiod of time (it’s super annoying still).
If the audio is constantly playing, there is no issues at all. All I remember is that I changed a line somewhere to prevent the audio device from entering sleep.
