After the kernel (Linux version 6.8.4 and 6.8.5-201.fc39.x86_64) updates I can no longer use the system.
using “journalctl -b -1” the only problem encountered (at least by me) is

I tried downgrading microcode_ctl to version 2.1-57, but without any improvements
