Problems i am facing:

  • Opening apps take alot of time
  • Not all apps are running some are crashing instantly
  • Not able to login to Gnome xorg
  • Can login in wayland but all apps are crashing and taking too much time if they are able to run
  • if some apps are working they are showing a dialog App not responding Force quit Close very frequently

It sounds as if something did not properly get completed during the upgrade.

When booting wait for the login screen.
Use ctrl-alt-F3 to get to a text login.
log in as your regular user
Once logged in use sudo dnf upgrade --refresh or sudo dnf distro-sync --refresh (or both) to make sure everything is fully updated and synced.

Once that is done then you can reboot with sudo systemctl reboot and see if the problem is fixed.

Please come back and let us know the results.

Some have noted problems with the nvidia driver after the upgrade, and the fix was a reinstall of the nvidia drivers. I would do the reinstall with sudo dnf remove kmod-nvidia-* to remove the currently built drivers and force a rebuild, followed with sudo dnf reinstall '*nvidia*' to reinstall everything.
