I read a lot about this problem and the problem is in nautilus package of 47 version. In Fedora 41 you can’t rollback to 46 version, it’s not placed in the repo, but I found this source:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2457815
There you can find all needed packages (nautilus and nautilus-extensions for x86).
Then on update you’ll see update candidates to 47 version.
To skip them on update you can and to

/etc/dnf/dnf.conf

a row:

exclude=nautilus nautilus-extensions nautilus-python

I think we should wait for really stable nautilus.

Also you’ll need to downgrade xdg-desktop-portal if you have installed some flatpak packages. Versions of downgraded packages you’ll see below:

Upgrading:
 nautilus x86_64 47.0-1.fc41 fedora 13.5 MiB
   replacing nautilus x86_64 46.2-1.fc40 @comman 13.4 MiB
 nautilus-devel x86_64 47.0-1.fc41 fedora 1.1 MiB
   replacing nautilus-devel x86_64 46.2-1.fc40 @comman 1.1 MiB
 nautilus-extensions x86_64 47.0-1.fc41 fedora 78.8 KiB
   replacing nautilus-extensions x86_64 46.2-1.fc40 @comman 78.8 KiB
 xdg-desktop-portal x86_64 1.18.4-2.fc41 fedora 2.3 MiB
   replacing xdg-desktop-portal x86_64 1.18.4-1.fc40 @comman 2.3 MiB
 xdg-desktop-portal-gnome x86_64 47.1-1.fc41 fedora 856.6 KiB
   replacing xdg-desktop-portal-gnome x86_64 46.2-1.fc40 @comman 843.9 KiB
 xdg-desktop-portal-gtk x86_64 1.15.1-6.fc41 fedora 477.8 KiB
   replacing xdg-desktop-portal-gtk x86_64 1.15.1-5.fc40 @comman 477.8 KiB

So you can use fedora 41 with x11 session and don’t worry that nautilus will freeze.
