Adding a new arch specific tag for ppc64

Hi,

I was hoping to start a discussion around issues found while testing Fedora40 on IBM’s PowerPC-64 architecture and discovered that there is no existing hashtag available. I do see arch specific hashtags available for all other major architecture including risc-v though.

So can some one help me on how to propose a new arch specific hashtag for PPC64 e.g ppc64 ?
