A tale of HW problems and furstration. Any advice?

It started in august 2024, when I made this post:

It was resolved by a kernel update and all was fine until December.

Then I started having occasional random freezing where the picture on screen would halt and computer stops responding to any input. Every time after a forced shut-down there would be a crash message about amdgpu. I tried to upload the crash information, but found out I needed a redhat account and as I dislike registering to any online accounts, I didn’t do it.
Also opening a tab in firefox would sometimes make the system freeze for 10-30 seconds.
A quick browse of the forums and some duck-duck-going revealed that there are still some kernel issues. I was fine with that information and didn’t do more diagnosing.

Until the computer didn’t restart after a forced shut-down. DRAM light was illuminated on the mobo. As testing the ram modules on different slots and clearing cmos didn’t resolve the issue and every part of my build was still under warranty, I took the computer to the dealer to be fixed.
Turns out my ram modules AND processor had both died. Got them covered by the warranty and upgraded to faster rams, as they didn’t have my model in stock. They also upgraded the bios while working on it.

After getting my computer back I got some new issues.
-Firstly Steam didn’t open from the shortcut, but running it from the terminal was fine.
This was resolved by disabling the processor iGPU from bios (Din’t know/remember it even had one.)

-Helldiver2 has some random lagging where the frame rate would drop from my limit of 90 to around 20 for a moment. This didn’t occur before with the same settings applied.
Trainsim world 5 is the only other “high demanding” game title I play and haven’t noticed any lagging in it.

-Also the screen brightness setting is acting funny again. Randomly reverting back to 100%

Here I have screenshots of hardware monitor while playing Helldivers 2. They are of two different occasions, but the behaviour is the same. Looks like the cpu and gpu are taking a break form work for whatever reason.

Can someone help me diagnose this issue or know what causes it?
My spec are:
-Ryzen 9 7950x
-Radeon 6900xt
-32gb, 6000mhz kingston ram (upgraded from corsair 5600mhz)
-Asus Proart-X670e-creator mobo
-1000w psu
-kingston 2TB nvme
-F41 KDE on wayland and all updates installed.

Looks like switching the ram profile from expo2 to expo1 fixed the lag.
