XWayland apps not scaling

I recently upgraded to fedora 41 beta and I like to use 200% scaling because it is integer I disabled the experimental feature: scale-monitor-framebuffer but my xwayland apps are not scaling anymore, this was working fine on fedora 40.

Screenshot showing that I’m using 200% scaling, scale-monitor-framebuffer is disabled and the jetbrains toolbox is a xwayland window not being scaled properly

Also tried enabling the scale-monitor-framebuffer but even with the 200% scaling(theoretically a integer scaling that should not be blurred is blurred).

I had a similar issue, after upgrading to Fedora 41 Beta all my Xwayland apps became blurry (2x scaling on Fedora Silverblue). However when I disabled scale-monitor-framebuffer the issues disappeared (although all the icons on my desktop did stop being scaled temporarily)

Did you try

gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['xwayland-native-scaling']"

Yes, when I enable it(xwayland-native-scaling) all the xwayland apps still are VERY small they seem to not be scaling by themselves.
