Is there any hope of Mesa version 24 making its way down to Fedora 39 too? I see on Bodhi that there’s been a release for Fedora 40 for some time now, but not for 39. My understanding is that Mesa 24 enables the shiny new NVK drivers for Nvidia cards, which I would like to be able to take for a spin

Major upgrades only on new fedora releases, see Updates policy :: Fedora Docs.

As stated by @augenauf it seems you will need to wait for the release of fedora 40. That is only a couple months away now (near mid April)
