linux-hardware.org database entries for Intel Corporation Device 51f1 show failures for Fedora 38 on MSI systems with this wifi hardware, so you are not alone. There may be some explanation on the Intel site, but wifi is often problematic, so you may want to investigate replacing your wifi card if it is removable, or adding a USB wifi dongle.
That provides the chipset ID for the device [8086:51f1] and subsystem ID [1a56:1671].
A search for the drivers reveals from the Linux Hardware Database that device on the MSI E13 Flip Evo (and E14) failed the probe. The link provided by @gnwiii above applies.
A quick and inexpensive work around may be to obtain a USB dongle with a supported chipset for wifi. I think most of the intel devices (AX200, AX210, etc) are supported.
I recommend you to put a post in MSI Global English Forum
About the support and if they can provide any help somehow.
I have a modern laptop from msi and that also have some issues and i get help from msi forum…
They do not support linux as they have a agreement with windows but still some folks helps.
