Description of the problem

The problem is that the screen goes black and then show something like a visual glitch like this,

then the laptop becomes unresponsive so i have to shut down holding the power button.

Commands output

I don’t know much about how to debug this problems so here is the output for dmesg (dmesg 10-09-2021.txt - Pastebin.com) and journalctl -b (journalctl -b 10-09-2021.txt - Pastebin.com) after I force the shutdown.

What I’m doing before the problem shows

This happend when:

  • I use (Firefox) something similar to google meet, zoom, jitsi, etc and:
    – Share my screen.
    – Other participant on the call share their screen.
  • I am using two monitors, with programs like blender, krita, this time I only had firefox, dolphin, konsole (jekyll server), atom and it only used about 3.8 GB of ram and the processor was on average 5-15% according to system monitor.

Maybe is a driver problem because the same system and the same monitors work all ok on windows and when I had Fedora 31 all work ok the only problem was som visual glitch (Algunos problemas con Ryzen 5 2500U en fedora 31 KDE Spin) but no system freeze even I was able to stream/record at 720p 30 fps with two monitors.

So any help is appreciated.
