Where is the default upstream of Plasma KDE 6 ?
I mean this:

I didn’t find it. In what package is it?

Try this package f40-backgrounds-extras-kde

Otherwise downloade it here:

It is preinstalled on Fedora KDE and should be available to select as a wallpaper. It’s shipped in the plasma-breeze-common package.

If you install it on a gnome based desktop you have to select them from the following folder

/usr/share/wallpapers/Next/contents
